I have been on my weight loss journey for quite some time now.  I would start different fad diets and nothing seemed to work for me. But when I reached my heaviest weight and I started to develop health issues I knew I had to do something about it. So in January 2020 I pushed myself and did all that was necessary to start losing weight. But then my weight loss plateaued and I started to get frustrated and wanted to give up. A friend introduced me to Carrie and we started working together. She helped me not only with my diet and exercise, making suggestions necessary to put the weight loss back into play, but she helped me understand the WHY. Why I wanted to lose weight. She helped me see the emotional side and helped me take the necessary steps to being happy. Carrie helped me to realise that healthy living isn’t just what we put in our mouths or how much weight we lift it’s about your mental state and how you see the world, how to be grateful for the people around me and to remember I am beautiful no matter what because of who I am. She also showed me my full potential and taught me some new things along the way in terms of my exercise. I am so grateful to have been able to work with Carrie. She is always there when you need her.
